Hotel Policy

The Standard Check-in time starts after 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.

Kids up to 5 Years are Free of charge, Kids from age 6 to 11 years Shall be charged at 50% and from 12 years and above Shall be charged in FULL equivalent an Adult.

Customer needs to Fill in the Required GSTIN details at the time of Booking and obtain a copy of Invoice from Automated Invoicing Service of the respective OTA. GST credit is availed when customers GSTIN is in same state as hotel.

Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.

Rights of Admission are reserved by Hotel

Guests are requested to clear the Dues if any; payable towards Booking prior to check in.

Hardcopy/softcopt of reservation confirmation Vouchers is mandatory while Check-In.

Guest should be solely responsible for the safety of their children and their belonging

Taxes as applicable Extra

Outside Food, Beverages are allowed but any kind of alcohol/ Liquor is strictly prohibited

A-LA-Carte Orders will be requiring a minimum of 30 minutes to be served at Restaurant or Room Services.

Complimentary WIFI for In-House Guest in Reception, Lobby and Restaurant.

Guest Driver's Food is Chargeable. Drivers can be accommodated in dormitory

Standard Tariff is not Valid on Days of Marriges and banquets

Tariff subject to revision without prior notice.

Telephone, Laundry, additional F & B services (over & above the package) will be charged extra.

Booking shall be confirmed subject to 100% Advance payment or pay at hotel subjected to availability

Standard Cancellation Policy

Booking once made cannot be cancelled befor 5 days of checkin

All no shows will be charge with full retention.

Name Change Not Allowed as per request from booking person

Bookings once confirmed can be Postponed or amended according to availability and discretion

Booking are refundable 75% if you cancel before 5 days of checkin

In case of Demand for Duplicate Room key is placed the Guest needs to Deposit an Security Deposit of Rs. 2000/- per room key, the same shall be refunded
